We have recently returned from a holiday in Viva Palmanova (our second visit in two years). As per our previous visit we really enjoyed our stay.
We have 3 young kids aged 8, 4 and 16 months and it is so important for us that the kids have an enjoyable stay to ensure we (the adults) can also relax and enjoy ourselves. I can confirm that our objective was met with great success.
We stayed in a privilege apartment with a pool view and it made our holiday. The garden and easy access to the pool was fantastic giving us peace of mind that our 16 month old could play safely in the garden while we could enjoy the sun while also being able to keep a watchful eye on our other two children. As usual the kids club and entertainment was excellent and the guys who entertain and look after the kids are a credit to the Viva group, well done! We ate in the restaurant on most evenings which enabled my wife and I (and 16 months old) to enjoy a nice meal while the kids were entertained at the show.
If I was to have a negative comment to make it would be that it is very disappointing that there are no two bedroom apartments. We will need this next year if the policy of over 2 years of age is enforced and to be honest we would not wish to be split across two apartments. Get renovating, please!!!! Also a gate to stop the little ones making their way to the pool area from the privilege garden would also be good. We used the sun lounger to block it but really we would have liked to lie on it! By viewing some of the other apartments on our stay I can only assume this was not a view held by just us.
A recommendation would be to try and put in place a loyalty system for your restaurant. We do not wish to be restricted by the full board/ half board option but would like to be rewarded/encouraged to eat in the restaurant!
I would like to commend the staff and management and encourage you all to keep up the good work and we will look forward to returning again next year.

Das Viva Palmanova haben wir immer wieder gern gebucht.
Wir sind zu den verschiedensten Jahreszeiten dort gewesen und hat uns immer wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal sowie der Direktor Herr Calafat sind immer wieder sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl.
Die Poolanlage ist die schönste im Umkreis von mindestens 30 Kilometern. Im Winter wurden die Apartments und die Poolanlage renoviert bzw. um weitere Pools erweitert.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch zentral. Die Apartments sind großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Das Essen, morgens sowie abend ist gut und reichhaltig. Im Sommer gibt es täglich Abendveranstaltungen. Die Anlage ist sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare geeignet. Es gibt einen eigens abgetrennten Pool mit sehr schönen Liegen, der nur für Gäste ab 18 zugelassen ist. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr großen Kleinkinderpool. Das Hotel liegt an der Grenze von Palmanova, nahtlos übergehend zu Magaluf. Rechts (Magaluf) wird touristisch von den Engländern beherrscht, links (Palmanova) ist international.
Im Gegensatz zu “Ballermann” wird man dort nicht alle 2 Minuten von irgendwelchen Verkäufern angesprochen.
Als Deutscher hat man dort seine Ruhe, es ist jedoch von Vorteil, wenn man englisch spricht. Am Strand von Palmanova kann man auch mit seinem Laptop gratis surfen.
Wir sind schon mehr als 10 Mal im Hotel Viva Palmanova gewesen und werden es auch weiterhin buchen.
